Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using avestalabs.ai (the "site"). Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is run by Avesta Labs LLP ("Avesta Labs", "we", "us"):

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of avestalabs.ai and its pages, including Lab Notes, the Aspire AI Academy, case studies and events.

They don't cover:

• Client work. Discovery workshops, pilots, AI co-workers we build or run, and AgentOps services are governed by the written agreement or statement of work we sign with you. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
• Our other products and websites. Metricsense (metricsense.ai), IngestIQ (ingestiq.ai) and the Efficia platform have their own terms.

3. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Avesta Labs and get in touch with us. When you do, please don't:

• break any law, or help anyone else to;
• try to get into parts of the site, our systems or our accounts that aren't meant for you, or test them for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• upload or send malware, or anything that could disrupt or overload the site;
• send spam, false information or someone else's details through our contact forms;
• pretend to be Avesta Labs, or suggest you're connected with us when you're not.

Automated access. Search engines and AI crawlers may read the site in line with our robots.txt. Any automated access must follow that file and must not slow the site down for other people.

4. Our content

Ownership. We, or the people who license content to us, own the content on the site: text, graphics, logos, videos, diagrams, case studies, Lab Notes articles, Aspire AI Academy lessons and code samples.

You may:

• read and share links to any page;
• quote short extracts, as long as you credit Avesta Labs and link to the source page;
• use the code samples in Lab Notes and the Aspire AI Academy in your own projects, at your own risk. They are examples, not production-ready software.

You may not, without our written permission:

• republish whole articles, lessons or case studies;
• present our content as your own;
• use it to build a competing course or publication.

5. Trademarks

Our names and logos. Avesta Labs, AgentOS, Efficia, IngestIQ, Metricsense, Relay and Aspire, and their logos, are trademarks of Avesta Labs or its affiliates, whether registered or not. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Other companies' names and logos. Names and logos of other companies shown on the site belong to their owners, for example:

• technology partners and providers such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, NVIDIA and Kiro;
• the clients shown in our case studies and logo strip;
• the tools in our integrations list.

We show partner badges as the partner programmes allow. Showing a logo doesn't mean that company endorses anything beyond what the page states.

6. Information on the site

General information only. Content on the site is general information about AI agents and our services. It isn't legal, financial, compliance or other professional advice for your situation. Please get advice before acting on it.

Case studies. Figures are what we measured or reported for that client, on the dates stated. Where a figure is an estimate, the page says so. Results depend on each business, so yours will differ.

Demos and examples. Product screens, dashboards, chat transcripts, company names and numbers used to show how our products work are illustrative unless the page says otherwise.

Prices. Any price shown on the site (for example, on the racking-design co-worker page) is indicative and excludes taxes unless stated. It isn't an offer we must accept. A price is binding only when it's in a written quote or agreement.

Accuracy. We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we can't promise that every page is complete or up to date at all times.

7. Contacting us and sending us information

How we use your details. When you use our contact form or email us, we use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

Don't send confidential information yet. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. If an engagement needs it, we'll sign a confidentiality agreement with you first.

Ideas and feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback without a confidentiality agreement in place, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Links, embeds and other websites

The site links to, and embeds content from, other websites, for example YouTube videos, LinkedIn, partner directories and our sister sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

9. Interactive demos and AI outputs

If we make an interactive AI demo available on the site:

• Outputs can be wrong. They're produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Don't rely on them for decisions.
• Don't enter sensitive data. Please don't enter personal, confidential or sensitive information.
• What happens to your inputs. We describe what happens to demo inputs on the demo page and in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and changes to the site

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, for example to update content, fix problems or retire a page. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty or guarantee: express, implied or statutory.

Rights you keep by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under law that can't lawfully be excluded. That includes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and similar laws in India, the UAE and elsewhere.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

No indirect loss. We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Exceptions. This section doesn't limit liability for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Client work. Our liability for client work is set out in the agreement for that work (see section 2).

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you may still have the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
