The AI Summit Australia 2026
Our team is heading to Melbourne to bring Avesta AgentOS and our AI co-workers to The AI Summit Australia, the AI-for-business series where commercial AI comes to life. If you are turning AI pilots into production, let's meet there.

An evening session we're hosting · Sydney
How to build Agentic AI into your business
Most organisations think they have adopted AI because their people use it every day. But personal use and organisational impact are two different things: one saves an individual twenty minutes, the other changes how a business runs. We are running a practical session at UTS on crossing that gap — the four stages of adoption, how to pick your first agentic use case, the autonomy ladder, and the controls that make agentic AI safe. No technical background needed.

Next-generation retail show · Melbourne
Retail Show Australia 2026
We are exhibiting at Retail Show Australia, where retail transformation moves from strategy to store-level execution. Retailers are past the pilot stage: the questions now are about rising labour costs, store productivity, loss prevention and supply chain visibility. Come and see how AI co-workers run those operations end-to-end, with the evaluation and observability that make them safe to scale.
India's leading pharma & lab expo · Gandhinagar
PharmaTech Expo 2026
You came to source machines. Everything around them still runs on people.
The floor was full of machines: granulators, packaging lines, cleanroom equipment, analytical instruments. The work around those machines is a different story. Deviations, CAPAs and OOS investigations, quotes, orders, customer replies, vendor follow-ups. All of it still done by hand, by the same few experienced people. That is what we brought to Gandhinagar. AI co-workers built for each department, following the plant's own SOPs and working from the records it already keeps. They do the drafting. Your team signs every decision.
About the show
PharmaTech Expo runs alongside LabTech Expo and is India's leading show for pharma manufacturing and lab technology. The 2026 edition brought together more than 400 exhibitors covering formulation and processing machinery, packaging, cleanroom equipment, analytical instruments, bulk drugs and excipients, and software for pharma. It was held at the Helipad Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar, the largest exhibition and convention centre in Gujarat.

The jars, third show running
We set out the same two jars we ran in Delhi and Mumbai. One for “I'm worried about risk with AI,” one for “I'm excited about AI agents.” The excitement jar filled first again, this time on the most closely regulated floor we have taken them to.
Not one tool. A whole workforce.
The people who stopped were plant heads, quality heads and company owners. None of them were looking for a single tool. So the side wall laid out the whole team: quality drafting deviations, CAPAs and OOS investigations, sales drafting quotes, operations chasing open POs, finance reconciling invoices, customer service answering inquiries. Every one of them sends its work to one place, where a person signs it off.
AI anxiety relief, take one
Next to the jars sat a bowl of sachets, with a card above it: “AI Anxiety Relief? Take One. The real medicine: Clarity + Guardrails + Proof.” A pharma joke with a straight answer behind it. Facts come from your own data, not from a model's guess. Every action is logged. And it only does what you have allowed it to do.
Start with one process, live in 4–8 weeks
We put the plan on the wall instead of saving it for the meeting. Pick one process to hand over, which takes a week or two. Your first co-worker is live on your real SOPs and records in four to eight weeks. It runs alongside the way you work today, with nothing ripped out. Then you add more, at a cost you can predict.
They do the work. Your team approves.

Asia's premier automation expo · Mumbai
Automation Expo 2026
You came to automate the plant. Who is automating everything around it?
Most automation stops at the plant floor. The machines run and the production line moves, but the operations, the coordination, and the day-to-day decisions around it still rest on people and spreadsheets. That is the part we work on: AI co-workers that run business operations end-to-end, reliably and at scale, while your team stays in control.
About the show
The 19th edition of Asia's premier automation exhibition brought together 2,000+ exhibitors, 40,000+ industrial products and 65,000+ visitors across robotics, machine vision, control systems and smart manufacturing at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.

The jars, six months on
We ran the same two-jar poll from Delhi: one for “I'm worried about risk with AI,” one for “I'm excited about AI agents.” This time the excitement jar filled first. The sentiment had clearly flipped.
From “whether” to “where”
In February people asked us whether to use AI agents. By July, they were asking where to start. The conversation had moved from curiosity to intent.
Not just your machines
The message at the booth was simple: automation on the plant floor is only half the story. We showed how AI co-workers can run the entire business around it.
Right questions, still worth asking
The visitors dropping coins in the worry jar were asking exactly the right things: control, oversight, and knowing what the system did and why. That is what makes AI co-workers usable in a real business.
Excitement gets you to the pilot. Engineering gets you to production.

India AI Impact Summit 2026
Bringing production-grade AI co-workers to Bharat Mandapam.
We brought Avesta AgentOS to the India AI Impact Summit to talk about what happens after the AI demo. The real challenge is not generating outputs. It is building AI systems that behave reliably in production. At our booth we dug into agentic workflows, evaluation and observability, and safe, scalable AgentOps.
About the show
Announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and inaugurated by him on 16 February, the India AI Impact Summit was the first-ever global AI summit hosted in the Global South. Its Expo featured 300+ exhibitors from 30 countries, and the summit convened 500+ global AI leaders under the theme “Welfare for all, happiness for all.”

The sentiment poll begins
We asked one question at the booth: how do you feel about AI? On day one, 80% were excited and 20% were concerned about the risks. Both are right: excitement gets you to a demo, engineering keeps it dependable in production.
A crowd across generations
School kids curious about how to start learning AI, college students already building and experimenting, and enterprise leaders exploring how AI fits into legacy systems. AI in India isn't waiting. It's being learned, built and integrated across generations.
Engineered in Ahmedabad, serving the world
Many visitors were surprised that a production-grade AI agent platform serving global customers is being engineered in Ahmedabad. For our team, that meant everything.
Meeting IAIRO
We met Amit Sheth and Juhi Bhatnagar from the Indian AI Research Organization (IAIRO), whose ambition of an “ISRO for AI” (sovereign, responsible, world-class AI for Bharat) deeply resonated with our own mission.
We came to share Avesta AgentOS. What we received in return was far more valuable: real signals from builders, founders, and operators.
