Asia's premier automation expo · Mumbai
Automation Expo 2026
You came to automate the plant. Who is automating everything around it?
Most automation stops at the plant floor. The machines run and the production line moves, but the operations, the coordination, and the day-to-day decisions around it still rest on people and spreadsheets. That is the part we work on: AI co-workers that run business operations end-to-end, reliably and at scale, while your team stays in control.
About the show
The 19th edition of Asia's premier automation exhibition brought together 2,000+ exhibitors, 40,000+ industrial products and 65,000+ visitors across robotics, machine vision, control systems and smart manufacturing at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.

The jars, six months on
We ran the same two-jar poll from Delhi: one for “I'm worried about risk with AI,” one for “I'm excited about AI agents.” This time the excitement jar filled first. The sentiment had clearly flipped.
From “whether” to “where”
In February people asked us whether to use AI agents. By July, they were asking where to start. The conversation had moved from curiosity to intent.
Not just your machines
The message at the booth was simple: automation on the plant floor is only half the story. We showed how AI co-workers can run the entire business around it.
Right questions, still worth asking
The visitors dropping coins in the worry jar were asking exactly the right things: control, oversight, and knowing what the system did and why. That is what makes AI co-workers usable in a real business.
Excitement gets you to the pilot. Engineering gets you to production.
