Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Avesta Labs LLP ("Avesta Labs", "we", "us") collects through avestalabs.ai, why, who we share it with, and your choices. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies in more detail.
What this policy doesn't cover:
- Client engagements. When we build or run AI co-workers for a client, how we handle that client's data is set out in our contract with them.
- Our other products. Metricsense and IngestIQ have their own privacy policies.

2. What we collect
What you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect:
- what you're looking for
- your name
- your work email address
- anything you write in your message
What's collected automatically when you visit:
- pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and some on-page actions (scrolling, link and button clicks). This comes through Google Analytics, loaded by Google Tag Manager.
- signals Google reCAPTCHA uses to tell people from bots, when a page with our contact form loads
- on selected pages, which of our links brought you to the site
- standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested page), kept by our hosting provider
What we don't collect: sensitive information such as health or financial details. Please don't send it through the contact form.
3. Why we use it

4. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, and only for the purposes above:

5. Overseas transfers
Where data goes. We're based in India, and some of our providers store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union.
How we protect it. When personal information leaves your country, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's protected to a standard comparable to your local law. Usually that's through the provider's contract terms.
6. Your rights and choices
What you can ask for:
- access to the personal information we hold about you
- correction of it
- deletion of it
- withdrawal of consent you've given
- to stop receiving marketing (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link)
